Limited Warranties

Our products are supported by various limited warranties. This Limited Warranty Information pertains solely to Defective Products. Please review each warranty to ascertain the applicable terms and conditions.

I&H Limited’s warranty obligations for its products are confined to the terms outlined below:

I&H warrants to the original Licensee that the products will be devoid of defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage for a period commencing from the date of original purchase by the original end-user purchaser (the “Warranty Period”, which varies based on different brands and warehouses and will be specified on respective online pages).

If a defect emerges and a valid claim is submitted to I&H within the Warranty Period, then, at its discretion, I&H will either:

1. Repair the product at no cost to you, utilizing new or refurbished replacement parts;
2. Exchange the defective product with a new one (or one manufactured from new or serviceable used parts) that is at least functionally equivalent to your original; or
3. Refund the purchase price of your defective product (provided you cease all use of the product thereafter).

I&H may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts provided by I&H in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part installed according to I&H’s instructions, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

Disclaimer: I&H disclaims any representation that it can repair any product under this warranty or make a product exchange without risk to or loss of programs or data.

Exclusions and Limitations:

I&H’s Warranty explicitly does not cover:

• (i) Damage, loss, or corruption to content stored on or associated with the I&H sold product;
• (ii) Cosmetic damage to the I&H sold product that does not significantly impair its functionality;
• (iii) Consumable parts, such as batteries, free accessories accompanying the main product, etc.;
• (iv) Damage caused by use with non-I&H sold products;
• (v) Damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external factors;
• (vi) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone not a representative of I&H or an I&H Authorized Service Provider (“IASP”);
• (vii) A product, part, or software modified to alter functionality or capability without I&H’s written permission;
• (viii) I&H sold products with removed or defaced serial numbers; or
• (ix) Hardware Defects or other malfunctions caused wholly or partly by:
  • (a) The Licensee’s failure to use the I&H sold product with other compatible products; or
  • (b) The Licensee’s (or the Licensee’s agents’ or users’) failure to use the I&H sold product in accordance with the Documentation (collectively, “Excluded Items”).

Except for the express limited warranty provided herein, you accept the I&H-sold product "as is." I&H makes no other warranty or representation regarding the I&H-sold product and expressly disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, of any kind or nature, including but not limited to any and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
