Return Policy

I&H GROUP USA (I&HWireless) guarantees product quality. If unsatisfied, you may return most unopened items within 10 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process:

  • Obtain prior approval by emailing info.ihwireless@gmail.com for a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Include the original packing slip and unused item in its original packaging. Use UPS, FedEx, or a trackable service, and note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned to local stores.

Defective/Damaged Merchandise:

  • Report defective merchandise within 10 days of the invoice date. Items will be tested, and if found non-defective, a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Options for approved defective returns: credit memo, replacement, or refund to the original credit card.

Non-Defective Merchandise:

  • Report shipping errors within 7 days of delivery. If not returned within 10 days of the invoice date, customers are responsible for the merchandise.
  • Requests for return must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. Customers are responsible for freight charges and a 25% restocking fee applies.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Labor, delivery, and installation services
  • Damaged, abused, or misused items
  • Items missing parts or accessories
  • Personalized or special/customized order items
  • Final/discounted sale products (marked "On Sale")
  • Non-refundable products

Refund Payment Methods

I&H may issue refunds in the following forms:

  • Credit to the Original Credit Card
  • Check
  • In-Store Credit

Items Purchased with a Check or Cash:

  • Refunds will be issued as an in-store credit or a check mailed from our corporate offices.
  • Purchases made by check will be refunded once the customer's check has cleared our bank.
  • Processing of cash and check returns that require a corporate check may take up to 10 business days.

Items Purchased with a Credit Card:

  • Refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original purchase.
  • If the original card is no longer available, an in-store credit or a check will be sent from our corporate offices within 10 business days of the return.

Additional Information:

  • I&H reserves the right to refuse a refund without a receipt.
  • We also reserve the right to make changes to this policy without notice.
