1. All items will be inspected and shipped within 24 hours after we receive and confirm full payment.
2. For packages weighing less than 10 pounds, we use USPS Ground service. For packages over 10 pounds, we use FEDEX Ground service. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
3. This item ships only to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. protectorates. If your shipping address is outside the United States, please email us at contact.ihwireless@gmail.com for assistance.
4. Please be aware that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. protectorates may take longer due to various factors, including operating conditions, weather, or security issues.
5. As mandated by law, we collect sales tax on taxable goods shipped to states where we have a physical presence, or nexus, and where we are obligated to do so under economic nexus laws. The sales tax rate for your order will be determined by the shipping address provided at checkout and will be calculated automatically during the checkout process. If your state is not listed as taxable at checkout, this does not necessarily mean your purchase is exempt from sales tax. Please consult your local tax authority for further information.

1. All items must be returned in new or unused condition.
2. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
1. Contact our Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Please provide your order number, the reason for return, and the condition of the item. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
1. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
2. We recommend using a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
1. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
3. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Items on sale or discounted for clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
