Shipping Policy

1. All items will be inspected and shipped within 24 hours after we receive and confirm full payment.

2. For packages weighing less than 10 pounds, we use USPS Ground service. For packages over 10 pounds, we use FEDEX Ground service. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

3. This item ships only to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. protectorates. If your shipping address is outside the United States, please email us at contact.ihwireless@gmail.com for assistance.

4. Please be aware that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. protectorates may take longer due to various factors, including operating conditions, weather, or security issues.

5. As mandated by law, we collect sales tax on taxable goods shipped to states where we have a physical presence, or nexus, and where we are obligated to do so under economic nexus laws. Returns Policy

Refunds:
